At TICK Hub we know that there is no one size fits all when it comes to professional development. Each school or setting has different needs to support their staff and children on their journey.

All of our training packages are delivered by experienced staff who are still working in schools and early year settings. The aim of all of our training sessions are to empower leaders, teachers and families; offering professional development that can be used immediately with follow- up sessions to analyse the impact and assess how any further development can be achieved.

Over the last five years, we have provided extensive training. From working with Teaching Hubs, Appropriate Bodies we have worked with trainee teachers, teachers, university students, Teaching Assistants both in school and on an apprenticeship route, Head Teachers and Senior Leaders.​
