With secondary school transition comes new challenges - whether that is social media, travelling alone or making new friends, we need your people to know they are not alone.

At this time it's important that boundaries are set for safety both in the real world and online. The Breck Foundation offer great advice around online safety (check out the parent resources) https://www.breckfoundation.org/breck-resources. The National Online Safety website offers free access to content which guides you through using apps safely https://nationalcollege.com/library?sortBy=newest&phase=15&types%5B0%5D=App%5CModels%5CResource&amount=24&selectedView=grid

Before the start of September remember to consider online safety and discuss it with your child as part of your preparation for the new and exciting world of secondary school.
